This two-and-a-half day meeting provides a venue and showcase for the CGIAR-CSI and partners not only to share recent progress in geospatial technologies, methods, tools and learning, but also for this community to articulate a common vision of and commitment to its greater role in expanding the quantity and quality of public-good geospatial research products and services. Participants from the CGIAR’s international centers and cross-center programs will present their key research efforts and lessons around geospatial dimensions of smallholder agricultural development, as well as the data, tools, products and services their work is generating or contributing to. Presentations will follow the Ignite format with strict timings (5 slides, 7 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A).
